Jamie Pearson
Jamie spent a considerable part of his early career with Persimmon Homes – and was part of the senior management team that concluded the successful takeover of the Beazer/Charles Church company acquisition. Subsequently he provided a Consultancy role to numerous funds, developers and individuals on a wide range of real estate matters – from acquisition and planning through to funding and construction. In 2015 Jamie led a successful acquisition of a portfolio of sites from Tesco PLC for £250m ,with the subsequent set up of the delivery platform of Meyer Homes – which successfully delivered 3,000 units across the South East of England. Development types ranged from traditional 2 bed houses through to a 35 storey tower in Lewisham town centre, and also included a PRS forward fund of 300 units to a global Pension Fund. With a wide network of contacts, Jamie has been able to consistently acquire well thought through opportunities that have all the fundamentals any successful development requires.
Nick Watkins
Nick has spent over 20 years working at Director level within the property sector where he has successfully built several land, planning & design teams that have delivered more than 100 sites amounting to over 3000 units. Subsequently, he has run a land consultancy business providing consultancy services to number of national and regional developers as well as housing associations and high net property investors. This variety of work has included acquiring sites subject to planning as well as numerous unconditional acquisitions. Nick has also provided project management services to several clients to deliver planning on a wide range of large development sites. With a personal approach to land buying and with a significant number of industry contacts has enabled Nick to successfully find, acquire and consistently sell off market development opportunities across a broad spectrum of the market.

Oli Leedham
Consultant
Oli has been working in development in the London and South East markets for over 15 years. Over this time, he has built strong relationships with a broad network of contacts and has a wealth of experience in the delivery of residential developments.
Oli was a Director in the London Residential Land team at JLL, advising landowners and developers on the sale and purchase of development sites. More recently, as a Land Director at Fairview New Homes, he led the acquisition of large development sites without planning permissions before working with the planning and construction teams to secure planning and enable the efficient delivery of the consented schemes. These ranged from mid-size developments of c.100 homes up to larger projects including 300+ homes in Woolwich and 400+ homes in Epping Forest.
Oli will use his experience to assist Archel Homes to identify and deliver sites with development potential across a variety of property sectors.
